For over 20 years, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding the complexities of pain and dysfunction in the human body.My approach combines movement analysis, structural insights, and a holistic perspective. I’ve explored fascia, neurology, musculoskeletal systems, visceral connections, skin, digestion, emotions, and even spirituality—piece by piece— to uncover how everything in the body is interconnected.I’ve learned how foot problems can lead to headaches and how abdominal issues might manifest as anger.
